During the first month of classes, we started off with personal information questions and answers. We went beyond counting to ten, and up to really big numbers. We also learned office or classroom vocabulary. Finally, we looked at the different rooms of the house and talked about where objects and people are.

The second month of classes included learning lots of places around town and where they are. We introduced the alphabet, vowels to help us pronounce perfectly and spelling.

Lastly, we looked at the weather and temperature, and learned how to give a weather report.

The third month focused on adjectives to describe people, places and clothing (with colors). There is also a bonus lesson included with adjectives and animals. There was a lot of clothing vocabulary and we practiced a conversation in a clothing/department store.

Finally, we learned vocabulary to express how we are feeling.

We moved from feelings to words we use when we are feeling sick or have an ache. We also looked at the nuclear and extended family vocabulary and the verb "llamarse" to say names. We finished the level off with reviewing personal information again and learned more questions to understand identifications in Spanish.
